Live Trax - What a Night!
1/27/07

Winter released her frigid grip just long enough to provide a great
night for Stonefly's debut at Live Trax in Belmore, Long Island.
Live Trax is a great place to hang. There's a large dance floor
and more importantly, a well stocked bar :>)
It looked like the half the town was in attendance as the band kicked
it into high gear. The crowd reaction was fantastic - "movin' and
doin' it, you know". Hey, that brings us to one of the band's
personal highlights of the night - a first time performance of James
Brown's "Sex Machine". It was a fitting tribute to the godfather
of soul. Another first time performance was Edgar Winter's "Free
Ride". Both tunes were very well received by the crowd.
Check us out at PJ's next month for more new tunes and other surprises.
See you all next time.
